16.03.10 - ENGLAND HOCKEY – CLUB ENGAGEMENT:
Club Engagement is a multifaceted approach to communication both into and out of the Governing Body. It aims to offer a number of additional options for clubs to communicate with the EHB other than the current routes via our regional offices and staff on the ground. There are three main areas to Club Engagement:
• CEO Email – a direct line into Sally Munday to ask any club related question.
• Webinar (online video) – a quarterly production aimed at clubs. This is a communication tool for club related matters, not a promotional delivery tool.

Club Visits
The EHB aims to offer a face to face meeting with all affiliated clubs between 2010 and 2013. The aim of the visits is:
1) To visit all clubs in their environment, to offer the opportunity to talk to us face to face about any club issues.
2) To allow the EHB the opportunity to gather customer feedback and insight into key club priorities to influence delivery of club programmes and support from the EHB in the future.
Clubs expectations are managed at this point and clubs are aware that there may be problems we can help them with immediately, and other problems may be part of a longer term review process.
