15.06.10 - CHANGES TO EAST LEAGUE RULES FOR 2010/11:
Following the recent east league AGM there are a number of rule changes that affect teams playing in the east league. Please see below for an update that will hopefully be useful to you:
Students who are on leave from university can play for their home clubs when they are at home if prior agreement is sought from their league managers. Five days notice is needed for player transfers although transfers are not needed for players who have only played at youth level for another club. We will no longer be fined for a late rearrangement of a cancelled or delayed fixture. There are a number of other changes but none that affect the playing side but rather the administrative side of the league.
