13.07.10 - FITNESS SESSIONS:
Summer fitness sessions started on Monday 5th July at 7:30 - 9pm down at the club and run all the way through the summer and into the start of next season. Turn up and ease yourself back in gently! All welcome, especially new/returning members – please feel free to bring people who might be interested in joining the club for the 2010/11 season.
